We are hiring
Join the Industrial Lab.
We are looking for people who have been on a plant floor and understand that the problem is not technology — it is structure.
Almost no one has priced in what is about to happen to manufacturing.
By 2030, AI systems will be capable of running significant portions of industrial operations autonomously. That is not a prediction — it is an engineering trajectory. The question is not whether it happens. The question is whether the operational infrastructure exists to make it happen safely.
Right now, that infrastructure does not exist. Most manufacturing plants cannot describe how they operate in writing. Their processes live in people. Their standards live in memory. Their knowledge disappears when experienced operators leave.
We are building KIOS — the operating system that installs operational structure permanently inside manufacturing plants. This is not consulting. This is infrastructure. And we are looking for people who understand the difference.
Open roles
01
KIOS Deployment Architect
You design and deploy KIOS inside client manufacturing operations. You are the person who walks into a plant on day one and makes sense of what exists — and what needs to exist. You write the census, the activation plan, and the first structural components. You train the Agente de Cambio. You are not a consultant who delivers a report. You are an engineer who installs a system.
What we're looking for
3+ years on a manufacturing plant floor — not studying plants, working in them
Strong written communication: you write protocols people actually follow
Comfort with ambiguity: every plant is different, no deployment is the same
Spanish fluency (deployments are in Mexico)
02
Industrial AI Researcher
You build the evaluation framework for autonomous industrial systems. You design studies that test whether KIOS-deployed operational structures actually hold — under shift changes, personnel turnover, supply chain disruptions, and measurement variance. You are the person who asks 'how do we know this is working?' and then builds the instrument to answer it.
What we're looking for
Background in operations research, industrial engineering, or systems design
Experience designing measurement instruments for complex operational systems
Ability to translate abstract structural questions into concrete, traceable KPIs
Genuine curiosity about what actually happens when you change how a plant is organized
03
Operations Technology Engineer
You build the technical infrastructure that powers KIOS deployments: agent pipelines, evidence logging systems, data collection integrations, and the operational dashboards that Agentes de Cambio actually use on a daily basis. You are not building a product that gets sold — you are building the internal tooling that makes the deployment work.
What we're looking for
Python, TypeScript, and strong data engineering instincts
Experience with agent frameworks or structured AI pipelines (LangChain, Claude API, or equivalent)
Ability to build for reliability, not for elegance — plant floors are not forgiving environments
Interest in the intersection of AI systems and physical industrial operations
Location
Mexico City or Guadalajara — in person.
We work in manufacturing plants. You cannot do this work remotely. If you are not willing to be on a plant floor, this is not the right role.
How to apply
Send an email to founders@kwarkindustriallabs.com. Tell us what you've built, what plant floor you've worked on, and what problem in manufacturing operations you think is most underestimated.
